So it could be that the next steps to improve the implementation of the training are not better than before in terms of increasing the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the trainees. Knowing the effectiveness of training at level 1 (reaction) and level 2 – (learning) is the basis for the purpose of this research. This study uses the Kirkpatrick method on Entrepreneurship Training for farmers in the READSI area in Sambas district, Kalimantan Barat. The sample of respondents in this study used the census method, namely all 30 alumni training participants. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with categorization test and paired t-test comparison on the results of the evaluation of the training implementation and the scores of the initial comprehensive test and the final comprehensive test. The results of the evaluation of participants' satisfaction with the implementation of the training were measured from the aspects of the committee, teaching, practical activities, infrastructure and facilities, accommodation and consumption. These results were measured using a Likert scale. Respondents' satisfaction with the training implementation was 4.46 in the "good" category. The overall average of the final comprehensive test results was 65.89 with the "good" category. In the normality test, the significance values ​​for the initial comprehensive test and the final comprehensive test were normally distributed. Rumah tangga petani membutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pengelolaan keuangan tumah tangga dan keuangan usaha pertanian untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya melalui pelatihan. Pengkajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan literasi keuangan bagi perwakilan rumah tangga petani program READSI pada level 1 - reaksi dan level 2 - pembelajaran menggunakan metode Kirkpatrick. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara sensus terhadap seluruh peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan di 18 Desa, 11 Kecamatan, Kabupaten Kolaka Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan uji kategorisasi dan uji t berpasangan terhadap hasil evaluasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan nilai <em>pre-posttest.</em> Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan (level-1 reaksi) sebesar 4,32 dengan kategori puas. Nilai evaluasi pada level 2 (pembelajaran) menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai <em>pre – posttest</em> naik sebesar 19,39 atau 22,93% atau kategori baik. Pelaksanaan suatu proses pelatihan memerlukan evaluasi untuk menunjukkan apakah tujuan telah tercapai atau belum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) menentukan besarnya pendapatan dan R/C usahatani brokoli sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, (2) menganalisis pendapatan usahatani bokoli antara usahatani yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, (3) menganalisis R/C usahatani bokoli antara usahatani yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif, dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang petani yang mengikuti pelatihan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan usahatani dan uji beda perbandingan menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan (paired sample). Hasil menunjukan bahwa (1) rata-rata pendapatan usahatani brokoli di Desa Kayuambon Kecamatan Lembang sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan yaitu sebesar Rp. 3.792.783 dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sebesar Rp. 5.565.083. The human senses are the instruments used in organoleptic tests, which include sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing. The vacuum fryer is a technological innovation that can fry fruits, vegetables and fishery products at low temperature and pressure conditions. The advantages of this process include that the product does not burn, the nutrients are not lost, the taste and aroma match the original ingredients and there is no need to use other preservatives. The aim of this study was to determine the consumer's acceptance and preference response to vacuum-fried shrimp chips. The research was carried out in two stages, the first stage was to determine the acceptability and preference for shrimp chips produced by vacuum frying at three frying temperature treatments (80°C, 85°C, 90°C). The second stage of research was to determine acceptance and preference for shrimp chips resulting from vacuum frying from the recommended frying temperature of the first stage research combined with three freezing temperature treatments (-2°C, -12°C, -24°C). Organoleptic tests were carried out on 60 untrained panelists on shrimp chips based on aroma, taste, texture and color parameters. Organoleptic test results on vacuum fried shrimp chips, the highest score was obtained at 90°C vacuum frying temperature and -2°C freezing treatment.
