Several training institutions have not consistently analyzed the effectiveness of the implementation of each training within their respective agencies. So it could be that the next steps to improve the implementation of the training are not better than before in terms of increasing the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the trainees. Knowing the effectiveness of training at level 1 (reaction) and level 2 – (learning) is the basis for the purpose of this research. This study uses the Kirkpatrick method on Entrepreneurship Training for farmers in the READSI area in Sambas district, Kalimantan Barat. The sample of respondents in this study used the census method, namely all 30 alumni training participants. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with categorization test and paired t-test comparison on the results of the evaluation of the training implementation and the scores of the initial comprehensive test and the final comprehensive test. The results of the evaluation of participants' satisfaction with the implementation of the training were measured from the aspects of the committee, teaching, practical activities, infrastructure and facilities, accommodation and consumption. These results were measured using a Likert scale. Respondents' satisfaction with the training implementation was 4.46 in the "good" category. The overall average of the final comprehensive test results was 65.89 with the "good" category. In the normality test, the significance values for the initial comprehensive test and the final comprehensive test were normally distributed. In the paired t-test, a significance value of 0.00 was obtained where the value was less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the average value of the initial comprehensive test and the final comprehensive test.
